How do buyers find you?
Note to all sellers......
About 70% of buyers start their property searches on the Internet.
By making your property as accessible as possible via photos, comprehensive information and price, you are not only going to attract buyers more easily but you will keep them interested.
Some sites require users - even buyers who are browsing - to create log ins and passwords before they can even enter the site.
This may not sound like much, but people are busy, and if you are searching multiple sites this can get tedious and time consuming. People also view this as potential for getting unwanted follow up emails and phone calls etc.
I mean lets face it, all they want to do is find what they are looking for with a minimum of fuss. Isn't that what we all want?
So make it as easy as possible for people to find you. Use a site that is easily accessible, user friendly and visually appealing.
The Real estate market can be hard enough at times without people getting turned away before they even see your property.
In conjunction with the Internet, there are many other things you can do to advertise your property.
'For Sale' signs attract passersby, newspaper ads, brochures - which can be hand delivered in your surrounding areas or perhaps your local shop could display some for you. Notice boards, newsletters and even open house inspections should all be considered.
